We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join our Supply Chain practice, with a focus on E-Procurement system implementations and process optimization. This client-facing role is critical in supporting both public and private sector clients through end-to-end procurement transformation programs, including system implementation, approval design, and integration initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to bring both functional procurement expertise and hands-on configuration experience, helping clients navigate complex requirements and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.
What you will do
As part of the Supply Chain practice focusing on procurement system implementations: Manage end-to-end delivery of e‑procurement implementations (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua), across design, build, testing, and deployment Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations, with a focus on approval workflows and procurement processes Configure systems, including approval routing, roles and permissions, and policies, ensuring alignment with client governance Lead integration design and setup (e.g., punchout, ERP flows) and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) Develop clear documentation (designs, process flows, configuration) and provide structured updates to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to KPMG delivery standards and best practices
What you bring to the role
- 3+ years of consulting and procurement system implementation experience (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba).
- 5+ years of professional experience leading large scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and approval workflows
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, practical insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
