Senior Business Analyst (Contract) Location: Regina, SK (100% Onsite) Duration: August 2026 – August 2027
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise software initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned BA who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Prepare business requirements, use cases, process maps, user stories, and supporting documentation. Support business process modelling, journey mapping, and solution analysis. Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and other project deliverables. Provide recommendations to improve business processes and support technology implementations.
Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting software delivery projects. Strong experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Experience with business process modelling and journey mapping is an asset. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis certifications are considered an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.
