Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Product and Sales Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of our Water Portfolio, which includes traditional and tankless water heaters, water purification solutions, and related offerings. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and is responsible for launching and growing sales within the category. The Product and Sales Manager will cultivate a sales base with distributors, retailers and Pro Channels, balancing customer needs, operational execution, and business outcomes.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading channel development for our water heater and water purification product portfolio with initiative, autonomy and commitment to assigned sales, profit, channel and inventory KPIs while building productive, professional relationships with key contacts across accounts.
  • The Product and Sales Manager will cultivate relationships with reps and distributors in the pro channel to cultivate a contractor sales base, balancing customer needs, operational execution, and business outcomes.
  • Be the expert on Canadian water heater, water purification market, competitive environment and strategic opportunities, driving efforts to hit increasingly challenging targets in new business development with short- and long-term perspectives.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on the business plan for the category; execute Canada specific category strategies and plans and drive organizational resources towards opportunities with the best ROI.
  • Identify and implement cross-departmental process improvements relevant to the channel. Coordinates the involvement of company team members, including support, service, and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Manage business and inventory lifecycle by driving monthly and quarterly sales target / business plan attainment, managing promotions, aligning PSI forecasts, and managing end of life and transition. Works in conjunction with assigned customers and internal SCM department to develop accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure channels have their technical information and marketing needs fulfilled by leading product and marketing teams to develop channel and product specific literature, promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Management, HQ and R&D the necessary business, technical and product requirements for Canadian market.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and customer development of the water heater and water purification product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year sales strategy aligned with company priorities, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Define category-level growth strategies, including pricing, positioning, lifecycle optimization
  • Work closely with Product Development to deploy new product introductions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and business case development for new initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to drive alignment, successful go-to-market execution, and service readiness.
  • Engage with external partners and vendors on product enhancements, joint development, and supply relationships
