As a Program Manager, Talent Development you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of talent development programs — from intake and prioritization through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensures that learning initiatives are well-scoped, delivered on time, aligned to business needs, and demonstrates measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of talent development programs from initial intake through implementation and evaluation.

  • Facilitate intake and scoping meetings with business partners to understand operational needs, desired outcomes, and success measures.

  • Translate business needs into clear program briefs, timelines, and delivery plans.

  • Prioriti ze and manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives, balancing scope, capacity, and organizational impact.

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Instructional Designers.

  • Track progress against timelines and ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.

  • Oversee program evaluation including participant feedback, satisfaction surveys, and return-on-investment measures.

  • Lead the continuous improvement cycle, incorporating feedback and outcomes into program enhancements.

  • Build strong relationships across Business Units and with external partners.

  • Collaborate with our internal Marketing & Communications team to create and launch detailed communication plans to support the successful launch and management of training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, talent programs, or related fields .
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives from intake through completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Comfortable working with learning management systems and evaluation tools.
  • Learning & Development certifications or designations are an asset.
  • The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000
