About the role
C-Care Health Services is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to be assigned to a home setting in Toronto/Scarborough area. Must be available to work overnight shifts. This job is on a casual basis.

Scope and Responsibilities
- Provide personalized nursing care to the client and attend to their specific needs.
- Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with repositioning of the client every 2 to 3 hours.
- Perform oral suctioning as needed.
- Change tracheostomy dressing and ensure all dressing changes are done according to protocol to maintain patient comfort and health.
- Perform specific wound care needs depending on client needs and condition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Diploma program
- Certificate of Competence for Registered Practical Nurse from the CNO
- BLS or CPR (HCP) Certificate
- Has wound care and repositioning experience
- Experience with oral suctioning and tracheostomy care preferred
- Is fluent or has intermediate knowledge of Mandarin
