The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for prospecting, customer expansion and partner marketing. The primary focus of this role will be in driving and executing Account Based Marketing through designing multi-channel programs. As a Campaign Manager in Demand Generation, you'll own the execution and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs aimed at capturing and nurturing our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations and Content teams to drive leads. We are looking for someone who loves to drive top-of-funnel engagement that leads to qualified pipeline and bookings.
What You'll Do:
Account Based Marketing (30%)
- Oversee 1:Few account marketing motions by coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Associate Sellers, Product Marketing and Customer Success) and supporting the execution of account based marketing tactics
- Orchestrate and execute multi-channel account tactics
- Monitor and report on account penetration, engagement, conversions, and pipeline creation.
- Stay updated on ABM tools to enhance campaign efficiency
- Manage ABM web pages and use an ABM tool to execute 1:Few pages
- Own the weekly communication to sales and Associate Sellers, providing training, enablement and performance updates
- Oversee outbound cadence performance and proactively identify optimizations
Campaign Planning & Execution (30%) Oversee execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels by partnering with Content, Digital, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing and more
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes including planning, execution, budget management, tracking and reporting
- Manage direct mail gifting and fulfillment process
- Oversee campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, social media content, paid ads, sales enablement and event activations
- Own the execution of specific tactics – e.g. events (webinars and in-person events)
- Coordinate with third party vendors, and/or Varicent Partners for campaign execution and asset creation
Performance Tracking & Optimization (20%)
- Work with Marketing Operations on campaign setup, campaign codes, UTMs and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using dashboarding in Salesforce and HubSpot and provide actionable insights and regular campaign progress
- Partner with Content and Digital Teams to personalize and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, and refining targeting strategies
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including KPIs such as lead collection, lead follow-up, pipeline recorded and pipeline progression
Lead Nurturing & Segmentation (10%)
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations, Digital, and the Associate Seller teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lead funnel. Share accountability for conversion rates through the funnel and identify actions to improve the lead journey
- Ensure efficient lead nurturing through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SFDC).
- Define the audience segments for Digital and Marketing Operations based on buyer personas, engagement levels, and lead scoring criteria.
Industry & MarTech (10%)
- Stay informed on marketing technology trends, campaign best practices, and new channels.
- Stay current with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms such as ZoomInfo and Folloze.
- Learn about geographic differences in campaign execution where applicable.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of success and 3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with tools like SFDC, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), MS Excel, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising, ABM platforms, and Sendoso
- Experience working closely with Associate Sellers (BDRs) teams to ensure lead quality and optimize lead flow
- Proficiency in digital marketing such as landing pages, Google Paid Search, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience managing in-person events, tradeshows and executing webinars
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
- HubSpot or Salesforce certifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
