The Role As a Senior Strategist, you’ll help turn curiosity into clarity and insight into ideas people care about.This is a role for a strategist who pushes further. Beyond the obvious, beyond the expected, beyond the brief — to help shape strategy that connects brand, creativity, and experience into compelling ideas.Working alongside creatives and media planners, you’ll explore the tension between what brands want to say and what people actually respond to find space where persuasive ideas live
What You’ll Help Shape Go further to build brands people choose. You’ll help shape brand positioning, campaign strategy, and communications platforms; turning business challenges into clear, focused direction and creative opportunity.You’ll uncover cultural, behavioural, and human insights that give brands relevance and momentum. Providing foresight into how brands can show up to be additive to our consumers lives. From social ecosystems (paid and organic) to owned experiences, you’ll contribute to strategies grounded in participation, expression, and connection.You’ll also support how brands stay relevant over time, shaping website and CRM thinking that builds relationships, not just reach.
Where You’ll Make an Impact Turn insight into ideas that move. You’ll write briefs that don’t just inform — they provoke. Clear, focused, and directional, they give creative teams something to push against.You’ll work closely with creative, account, and media teams (who sit right next to you) to ensure ideas hold together across every touchpoint. From big campaign moments to the details of social, web, and CRM. You’ll help bring clarity to complexity — through sharp thinking, strong storytelling, and presentations that align teams and bring clients with you. How You Think You don’t take things at face value. You ask better questions, look for tension, and push past easy answers.You believe strategy should open things up, not lock them down.collaborative, but opinionated. Curious, but focused. Comfortable with ambiguity but driven to find clarity.And you know how to tell a story — not just what the insight is, but why it matters, and what to do with it.
The Knowledge and Experience you bring You bring 4–6+ years of experience in strategy roles within creative or integrated agencies.You have a strong foundation in brand and communications strategy, with working knowledge across social, digital ecosystems, and CRM.You’re hands-on with research: from brand tracking to social listening, knowing how to spot the insight beneath the data, not just the data itself.Experience in automotive or luxury is helpful, but not essential.
