Join our team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, as a Project Manager and be at the forefront of exciting projects that contribute to Canada's national security.

Your role

  • Lead the way: Manage diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate and inspire: Work with a talented team of engineers, specialists, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.
  • Navigate complexity: Master the intricacies of government contracts and compliance requirements.
  • Drive success: Define project scope, manage resources, and track progress with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Build relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Your profile

  • A strategic thinker: You have 5+ years of experience in a Project Management environment.
  • Qualifications: CAPM or PMP required.
  • Technical Skills: experience with scheduling tools, Excel, SharePoint are all a must. Additional experience with PowerBI report development and SQL skills would be an asset.
  • A natural leader: You excel at motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and navigating high-stakes environments.
  • A problem solver: You thrive on challenges and find creative solutions to complex issues.
  • A communicator extraordinaire: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and ideally French.
  • A team player: You value diversity and thrive in a collaborative environment.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001*+.*
