What the job involves
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Design, build, ship and maintain scalable features for North, our AI workspace platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery
- Apply your expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality
- Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing
- Contribute across the stack—from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure—to develop new features, fix bugs, and optimise performance
