Working as part of the Mayfair Lakes Grounds Maintenance Team, the Grounds Crew Labourer will be involved in mowing greens, rough, fairways, line trimming, and hand watering. This is an opportunity tojoin our dynamic groupof individuals who strongly valueworking togetheras group toachieve excellence.
No specific qualifications are required, we are seeking an individual who wants tolearnandgrowwithin our operation. We arewilling to trainthe right person, andthis position could be an excellent starting point****for a rewarding careerin grounds maintenance. If you likeworking outside in natureand enjoy moderate physical activity at work, this job is for you!
Positions open from April to October, enjoy unique flexibility that allows you to make the most of your summer.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Ensures the esthetic appearance of the Golf Course property
- Maintain all grounds within the Golf Course property
- Maintain course in proper playing condition
- Maintain open spaces, wooded areas, unused acreage and areas outside the perimeter fence
- Adheres to the safety policies in place for team members, members and guests of the club
- Become knowledgeable and able to answer basic questions about the property and company
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education and knowledge related to the industry would be an asset, but not required
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Physical strength and alove for the outdoors.
- Problem-solving attitude and a desire to make animpact.
- Eager to learn andopento feedback.
- Ability to think fast andreact quickly, with a calm mind.
