We have a great opportunity within our Central Operations team for a Service Support Assistant. In this key role, you will play a key part in promptly distributing incoming tasks, as well as handling data entry/processing work that directly influences the customer experience. To support your success, we will provide thorough training on our systems, triage workflows, and insurance fundamentals.

What You will Be Doing:
- Process incoming tasks from brokers and partners across Canada using multiple internal systems
- Interpret broker requests and triage them according to established guidelines and procedures
- Complete straightforward service tasks as requested by brokers
- Handle live calls from brokers via a triage queue, assisting with basic inquiries
- Communicate with underwriting teams and brokers to gather missing information when needed
- Navigate triage queues efficiently, prioritizing the oldest tasks to maintain service standards
- Understand and uphold service level expectations to ensure timely task completion
What You will Bring:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role
- Background in insurance is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong multitasking skills and a quick learning curve
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and speed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based/internal systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
- A genuine interest in building a career in the general insurance industry
