About the role
As the Ordering System Coordinator – Parts, Accessories & Apparel at BRP, you will play a key role in maintaining the data integrity of our B2B digital commerce solution. You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of our shopping cart in collaboration with various functions, while overseeing the integration with our external supplier.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, sales, IT, and external suppliers to ensure product catalog integrity, accurate pricing, correct volume discount codification, and proper product characteristics in line with the commercial program.
Support troubleshooting of technical issues and participate in testing and rollouts of new features, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Acquire, harmonize, and cleanse data from back-end systems, multiple sources, or disparate files, while ensuring data integrity and quality.
Systematize and automate recurring reports and analyses.
Develop processes and tools to monitor data quality, identify data issues, and propose cleansing or enhancement solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data consolidation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
3–5 years of experience in B2B solution management.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Solid understanding of B2B commerce processes.
Proficiency in querying data from Snowflake and strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience in generating reports using Power BI.
Passion for data manipulation and integration.
Team player with flexibility to support colleagues where and when needed.
Fluency in English is required, given the international scope of stakeholders.
Essential: SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel
Assets: SAP S/4HANA, Jira, Smartsheet, Google Script (GScript), VBA
