THE ROLE Under the supervision of the Manager, Fitness & Sports, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying, internal/external correspondence, mass mailing distribution and follow-up action. They organize travel arrangements and accommodations for managers and clients. The Administrative Assistant processes and tracks travel claims. They also provide reception services and general information to clients.

Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and Licenses High school diploma AND several years' experience in office administration or a related field

Experience In office administration

In budget administration

In bookkeeping

In processing invoices and claims

In making travel arrangements and travel claims procedures

In drafting correspondence and reports

Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

Language Requirements English Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset

Writing: Functional

Oral: Functional
