Job Summary
CSN Collision is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand to support our auto body shop team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, assisting with basic shop tasks, and supporting staff with general duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and surrounding areas Sweep, clean, and remove debris from work areas Assist with general shop upkeep and maintenance Cut grass and maintain the exterior property when required Drive customers home or pick them up when needed Move vehicles around the lot and shop as required Assist technicians and staff with basic tasks when needed Ensure shop tools and equipment areas remain organized Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors when required Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in an automotive or shop environment
