SFU Total Rewards team is responsible for several functions, including compensation and classification, pension and benefits and HR Information Systems. The team provides expertise to the administration and consultation services for SFU staff, faculty and retirees. Operating under People Strategies, Total Rewards Team contributes to SFU's People Plan and Equity Compass.
About the Role
The Specialist, Total Rewards provides subject matter expertise to the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits and organizational design programs and services for various employee groups across the organization. The role supports the administration of employee benefits programs. It also contributes to the delivery of job evaluation, job description and reorganization services. The Specialist acts as a key resource for leaders and employees by providing guidance, consultation, information and problem resolution related to total rewards programs and practices.
