Clinical Applications Specialist Location: Remote | Travel Required (up to 80%)

In this impactful, customer-facing role, you’ll deliver hands-on clinical training and support for our industry-leading EEG, PSG, EMG, and IOM systems—helping clinicians deliver better outcomes through smarter technology.

You’ll play a key role from installation through ongoing support, helping our customers feel confident and competent using Natus Neurology equipment. Whether it’s delivering on-site education, troubleshooting in real time, or shaping the future of training content, you’ll be essential in making a meaningful difference in patient care.

What You’ll Do As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver on-site clinical education for EEG, PSG, EMG, and/or IOM systems to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct remote training sessions and follow-up support as needed to reinforce learning and drive confidence.
  • Support installation and configuration of Natus Neurology systems in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Partner with Sales to provide pre-sale clinical insights and demonstrations, as assigned.
  • Act as the key liaison between customers and Natus Technical Support to escalate and resolve clinical issues.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and contribute to the creation and upkeep of training resources.
  • Follow all Quality System procedures to ensure compliance and uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Meet all health and safety vendor requirements for hospital training, including vaccinations and testing.
  • Travel frequently (up to 80%) to support our customers across North America and beyond.

What You Bring We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about patient care and education. You should have:

  • Clinical registration and certification in EEG, PSG, or EMG (required)
  • Registry in Evoked Potentials or certification in Intraoperative Monitoring (a plus)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or similar setting
  • College diploma or university degree (preferred)
  • A valid driver’s license

  • Strong knowledge of EEG, PSG, and/or EMG procedures and terminology
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and patiently
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools during installations
  • Reliable, adaptable, and highly organized
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
