ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
LN Land Development Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Proposal Director and leadership team.
This role focuses on coordination, communication, and execution of key business priorities. You will support leadership by keeping initiatives organized, ensuring follow-through on deliverables, and assisting with administrative and operational needs across departments.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends executive support, business coordination, stakeholder engagement, and event logistics. If you are highly organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role is for you.
This is a hybrid position , with a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility based on business needs, events, and team priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence and documents
- Track action items and follow up on key deliverables
- Maintain organized and confidential records and files
Strategic & Business Support
- Assist leadership with coordination of strategic initiatives and priorities
- Support preparation and formatting of client-facing materials and reports
- Maintain tracking systems for opportunities, projects, and initiatives
- Provide cross-departmental coordination to support operational alignment
- Assist with proposal preparation, formatting, and document organization as needed
Events Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, industry engagements, and internal initiatives
- Support planning and execution of internal and external events
- Prepare materials, coordinate vendors, and manage event logistics
- Represent LN professionally when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with post-event follow-up and documentation
This role may require flexibility outside standard business hours to support events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or business coordination
-
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Office Administration is an asset
-
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
-
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
-
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with minimal direction
-
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)

Reliable transportation (required)
