About the role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist in GTA , ON location.
Responsiblities :
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities for commercial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and support) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
- Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial product sales or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
