At Senior Home Care by Angels, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through compassionate, personalized home care services. We are currently seeking a Junior Client Care Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our care team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Position Summary:
As the Junior Client Care Manager, you will work closely with the Client Care Manager to oversee care planning, staff coordination, client satisfaction, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Care Manager in supervising and guiding care coordinators and support staff
- Assist with scheduling caregivers and managing last-minute adjustments
- Help assess client needs and contribute to care plan development
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Ensure proper documentation of client files, care plans, and incident reports
- Coordinate communication among caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor service quality and follow up on client satisfaction
- Assist in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations
- Participate in staff training, meetings, and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or administrative healthcare roles
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Postgraduate degree in Management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling or care management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and client-centered approach
Job Details:
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call availability may be required)
- Salary: $20.00 per hour or (based on experience)
- Benefits: Paid time off, supportive work environment, Work From Home ( we only require you to come to the office twice a month)
