About the Role
- Support faculty in meeting the needs of all the learners in their class as well as supporting
students who have specific learning challenges
- Champion student success through individualized support, proactive relationship-building, and a
restorative approach to navigating student behaviour and conflict.
- Contributes to school-wide counselling and mental wellness initiatives, working alongside the
Student Success Centre to provide integrated academic and social-emotional support
- Support student well-being and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment and
school community.
- Participate in the broader life of the school through collaboration and community involvement.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor of Education degree is required.

Valid Alberta Teacher Certification.

Teaching experience with both gifted and challenged learners
-
Experience in counselling, mental health or school-based wellness programming
-
A student-centered, inclusive approach to education.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom.
