About the role…
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Community Relations is primarily responsible for generating and growing our network of prospects and turning them into satisfied residents, friends and families. The Director, Community Relations will continue to grow our business by showcasing the amazing lives lived in each of our Communities by managing our social media platforms as well as our branding and targeting marketing campaigns. As a trusted advisor to decision-makers exploring long term care, assisted living and independent living options, the Director, Community Relations will ensure that tours of our properties and the entire move-in process is conducted in an organized and resident/family focused manner in keeping with Trillium’s boutique brand of senior living. Cultivating professional relationships with all members of the Trillium Communities team, our local senior living network of allies & friends as well as our community partners is expected. In collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Community Relations will lead all corporate events and initiatives - this is a key role at Trillium Communities and you'll be joining an all-star cast of experienced, compassionate, creative and professional senior living leaders!
About You…
You are a social media guru (ok, maybe guru is a stretch…), an expert digital and online marketing strategist and have a passion for seniors and senior living.
You desire to be part of a boutique organization and love helping people. You don’t need to be a senior living expert, but you have to want to be!
You act, speak and dress professionally AND you’re always willing to roll up your sleeves!

$80,000-$120,000k/year *Salary based on expertise and experience in similar role*
