Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in real estate marketing, ideally with expertise across land development, multi-family project marketing, and corporate brand strategy.
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that elevate Centron’s brand presence and support our land, residential, and commercial development portfolios. This includes overseeing marketing initiatives for upcoming communities, multi-family developments and corporate communications that reflect Centron’s reputation for quality, innovation and community-building.
Working closely with the sales, development, and construction teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure all marketing efforts align with project timelines, goals and the company’s strategic objectives - driving awareness, engagement and qualified leads across all business lines.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for land development projects, from pre-launch to post-completion.
- Create and execute full-cycle marketing strategies for multi-family projects, including brand development, pre-leasing campaigns, grand openings, and ongoing resident engagement.
- Develop corporate marketing initiatives that promote Centron’s overall brand visibility and reinforce our market leadership in real estate development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and target audience profiles to inform positioning and creative direction.
- Collaborate with leadership to set project-specific marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with development and sales objectives.
Brand & Project Marketing
- Lead brand identity development and ensure consistent messaging across all Centron and project-specific channels.
- Oversee creation of high-quality marketing materials including brochures, sales centre collateral, signage, renderings, and digital content tailored to both land and multi-family projects.
- Direct creative concepting and execution for visual assets such as floor plans, virtual tours, and community branding.
- Maintain alignment between project marketing and corporate branding to ensure a unified, premium image across Centron’s portfolio.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (social media, paid ads, and email marketing) to generate leads and maintain engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project websites, SEO strategies, and digital listings (MLS, Rentals.ca, etc.) to ensure visibility and conversion performance for multi-family developments.
- Track analytics, monitor performance, and optimize digital strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Leverage CRM platforms (Yardi or similar) to track prospect journeys and align marketing efforts with leasing and sales targets.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, PR firms, media partners, and creative vendors to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with occupancy goals, pricing strategy, and customer experience.
- Support community engagement and public relations efforts for both development projects and Centron’s corporate initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, municipalities, and community organizations to enhance Centron’s brand reputation and outreach.
Event Management
- Plan and execute launch events, open houses, groundbreakings, and community engagement activations for both land and multi-family developments.
- Manage internal and external event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure all events reflect Centron’s brand standards, client-focused culture, and reputation for excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in the real estate sector, with emphasis on land development, multi-family projects, and corporate marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, leasing cycles, and development processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns for residential communities and mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (Yardi preferred), and analytics platforms.
- Experience in both residential and commercial marketing, with the ability to adapt tone and strategy for varied audiences.
- Knowledge of municipal planning and development regulations considered an asset.
- Established network within the real estate, development, and construction industries.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into actionable marketing campaigns.
