As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help deliver outstanding talent solutions to our clients.
The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with healthcare professionals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates to fill a variety of healthcare positions across Canada. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels
- Build and maintain pipelines of Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, Administrators, and Healthcare Leaders
- Conduct candidate reference checks, credential verification, and compliance reviews
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidate summaries and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and passive candidates
- Stay current on healthcare labour market trends, licensing requirements, and workforce challenges
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities within client organizations What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as RNs, RPNs, PSWs, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, or healthcare leadership roles
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
