Description
- Manage all on-site activities for custom home construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and execute project milestones effectively.
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Profile
A successful Custom Home Site Superintendent should have:
- A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with high-end residential construction projects, new builds and renovations, valued between $500K and $5M +.
- Familiarity with project management software or tools.
