Compensation: $16.25-$18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
Use our GUIDE service program to listen, educate, and help guests find the right gear for their needs Build trust through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and genuine connection
Drive Sales & Support Store Operations
Support sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions Assist with daily operations including cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor Follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices
Be Part of a Collaborative Team
Work closely with teammates to create a supportive, welcoming environment
Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations
Live the Brand & Sustainability Mission
Represent Fjällräven's values in every interaction
Educate guests on sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise Participate in local events and community activations when possible
What Makes You a Great Fit
You don't need to summit Everest, but you do enjoy helping others explore, learn, and feel good about their choices. You're dependable, curious, and comfortable in a guest-facing environment. You bring enthusiasm, empathy, and a team-first mindset.
You Bring
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
A track record of providing thoughtful, people-centered customer service Passion for sustainability and the outdoors Reliability and a proactive approach to work Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, values-driven team
Preferred (but Not Required)
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
