With a long history of keeping roads safe and giving back in ways that build stronger communities, we offer a wide variety of meaningful, rewarding careers that move BC forward.

As the Change Lead in People & Culture, you will be at the forefront of transformative initiatives, guiding BCAA through dynamic organizational change. • Your collaborative approach ensures the voices of team members and leaders are heard and acted upon, fostering an environment of trust and shared purpose.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in change management, ideally within a large, matrixed organization.

  • Credentialing in change methodologies, such as PROSCI (preferred).

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; an equivalent blend of education and experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and the deployment of communication and training plans.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and HRIS platforms is preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Develop and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans for assigned projects, including impact assessments, communication strategies, and readiness activities aligned with BCAA’s Change Framework.

  • Partner with project teams to create change roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, and integrated communications.

  • Assess organizational readiness for specified projects, anticipate resistance, and implement targeted interventions to support adoption and minimize disruption.

  • Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and provide insights to continually strengthen BCAA’s capacity for change.

  • Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and resilience.

  • Assess, design, and facilitate training programs for key initiatives: conduct needs assessments, create materials, and oversee execution.

  • Build organization-wide change capability by refining tools and resources, and facilitating workshops to strengthen skills and confidence in change management.

  • Support People & Culture programs such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Health & Wellness, Engagement, Recognition, and Employee Lifecycle initiatives by providing project management and hands-on support.
