What You'll Do
Provide professional cleaning services at residential and commercial properties. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces to company standards. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure each property is cleaned thoroughly and inspected before leaving. Communicate any maintenance concerns, damages, or supply shortages to the office. Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional service during every client visit. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Reliable, honest, and punctual with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures. Authorization to work in the applicable country.
Job Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Smartphone with internet access for work schedules and communication. Successful completion of a background check. Reliable transportation is preferred for travelling between client locations. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends, is an asset.
