Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly.
- Scheduling service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Must keep the appointment schedule up-to-date.
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Confirming service appointments, confirming time, date and transportation needs with clients.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
- Assisting in administrative work, such as filing or other duties.
- Assisting the service department with seasonal tire storage.
- Other duties as requested by the Service Manager.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work as a member of a team.

**Job Type:**Full Time - Permanent
**Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.**The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
