Branch Manager - Commercial & Industrial

Seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy commercial and serving central and northern British Columbia. This is a senior leadership role within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment that requires strong industry knowledge, operational leadership, and project management expertise.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Industry

Extensive experience

Experience supervising crews on industrial job sites

Knowledge of government bidding processes and contract management

Strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proven project management abilities

A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

About The Role

This position requires a highly adaptable and organized leader who can successfully oversee branch operations, support field teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
