Dougall Media, Thunder Bay’s only locally owned broadcast/multimedia company, has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Video Production Coordinator in our Creative Department.
The Video Production Coordinator will be the main contact for Dougall Media Video productions. Working closely with Sales, Breathe Digital and Production to take the client’s ideas and make them reality. Always working to time and to budget. Currently part-time with potential of turning into full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine the look and feel of their commercial.
- Summarize the client’s goals for the commercial.
- Work with the Writers and the Production team to create presentation packages and commercials.
- Work with Account Executives and Breathe Digital.
- Receive client approvals at every stage.
- Be organized and guarantee that productions fulfill contract obligations with the client throughout the year.
- Help co-ordinate locations and talent when needed.
- Maintaining client and social updates on LinkedIn and other sites.
- Other duties as requested, especially those that support the organization’s stated goals and objectives.
Required Credentials & Skills:
- College degree in broadcast or film
- Editing and Videography a definite plus
- Understanding of graphic capabilities, a plus.
- Ability to speak confidently with client about production capabilities.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Valid Driver’s License required
