Manage litigation files.
-
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
-
Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
-
Conduct legal research.
-
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in Court.
-
Collaborate closely with paralegals and other Team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services.
What You’ll Bring
-
At least five (5) years of post-call litigation experience.

Strong background in litigation or litigation support.
-
Experience in our practice areas (e.g., Family Law, Civil Litigation, Estates Litigation, Tax Litigation, Corporate Law, Estate Planning) is strongly preferred.
-
Law degree from a recognized institution and license to practice in Alberta (or another Canadian province, excluding Quebec).
-
A team-first mindset: you’re collaborative, open to feedback, and effectively leverage paralegal support.
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-
Proven ability to manage clients independently.
