About the role
SPIROL has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our talented team in Windsor, ON. This role is 100% on site, Monday - Friday with scheduled hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm*. *flexible lunch option

What Your Responsibilities will be at SPIROL:
In our Customer Service Representative role, you are responsible for handling all order fulfillment related functions for the organization. You are the in-house representative for the customer, and you are responsible for working both with the customer and various SPIROL team members to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner. You utilize your strong innovation skills to exhaust all options available in the pursuit of meeting customer expectations while simultaneously ensuring SPIROL's best interests.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- You will actively manage customer demand.
- You will solicit customer orders when the customer's firm orders drop below a reasonable window, and you review order pattern trends to identify changes.
- You provide timely and accurate responses to customer orders and inquiries, and you develop strong one-on-one business relationships with customers.
- Executes order review on all incoming orders and releases including but not limited to pricing, delivery and payment terms.
- You will proactively communicate and resolve issues that arise with customers, including scheduling changes, delivery issues and soft collections.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Strong computer and customer service experience, preferably in a technical setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer experience with EDI, SAP or JD Edwards would be an asset
- Experience working within automotive customer's portals would be an asset
- Previous experience with Shipping ie. customs, bill of lading etc. would be an asset
