About the role
Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this position is responsible for pre-receiving loads, generating and completing cycle count and RMA paperwork and review all inventory adjustments.
Position Functions
- Receives all inbound loads
- Responsible for conducting Inventory walks/checks
- Input receiving documents into system
- Responsible for tag maintenance
- Coordinate loads between yard and runways
- Make inventory adjustments as necessary
- Receiving of daily reports (i.e. RMA’s, cycle counts, Job tag checks, can’t locates)
- Communicate with supervisors daily on all inventory matters
- Create purchase requisitions.
- Perform quality audits.
- Problem solves for any inaccuracies in shipments and report discrepancies and action plans to the supervisory team.
- Assist with Post Production and BOL’s
- Assist in test report maintenance
- Responsible for the due in material and releasing orders to the shop
- Reviews all inventory adjustments
Working Conditions
The successful incumbent will be working 40+ hours per week in an office setting. On-going use of computer is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ yrs. job related experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
