Position Description:

• Bring your great energy and enthusiasm to work each day to help our clients succeed
• Work with local small to medium sized businesses to understand their business cycle and their advertising needs
• Work with local businesses and non-profits to design an advertising campaign to meet targets
• Provide on-going support to ensure optimal client service
• Ability to coordinate creative from initial sales meetings through to preparation of ads for client approval
• Ongoing awareness of our clients’ day to day challenges
• Receivables control

Position Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong computer skills - specifically Microsoft Office products and the Google space
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional prospecting and networking skills

Compensation:
This role includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped, performance-based commission structure. We offer one of the most competitive commission plans in the Canadian media industry, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly exceed their base earnings. In addition to regular commissions, the role features an annual performance bonus and additional financial incentives tied to specific sales initiatives.
