Your Impact
- Support Project Managers with schedule tracking, cost management, forecasting, and project status updates.
- Maintain critical project documentation including budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables.
- Assist with project financials such as forecasting, budget‑vs‑actual tracking, cost reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
- Support invoice preparation and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate project resourcing, task setup, and internal communications across technical teams.
- Contribute to smooth project execution in a high‑volume, multi‑project environment.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Strong Excel capabilities for financial reporting, schedule tracking, and data management.
- Solid understanding of project controls fundamentals: budgets, cost tracking, and schedules.
- Familiarity with financial management or enterprise resource planning systems.
- Asset: Exposure to Horizon/Oracle and/or environmental consulting workflows.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Comfortable coordinating information across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience:
– 0–4 years in coordination, administration, or project support roles
– 2–4 years supporting multiple concurrent projects
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Project Controls, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

#WeAreWSP Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $62,800 – $84,400
MB & ON: $57,300 – $80,000
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $56,700 – $76,400
