💻 Workload: Part time .
💰 Rate: B2B – up to 225 EURO per day
🌍 Work model: onsite- 2 days per week in Cambridge, Ontario, Kanada (days of the week to be determined)

Introduction & Summary: The IT Support Consultant role is focused on enhancing local IT operations while facilitating communication with the global support team at client . The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functionality of end-user technology and timely resolution of issues.
Main Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on support for end-user workplace technology, encompassing laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
- Performing hardware tasks such as cabling, device setup, imaging, and resets.
- Managing local stock and coordinating storage activities for precise asset tracking and availability.
- Acting as onsite support for the technical room under remote team guidance, assisting with servers and networking.
- Coordinating with global AZ Tech teams for seamless integration and timely issue escalation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.
- Coordinating with Lenovo for comprehensive resolution of hardware issues.
- Assisting with password management for BitLocker, BIOS, and other related issues.
- Handling incident management and troubleshooting for software and network concerns.
- Supporting AGN services during outages, upgrades, and system refreshes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with end-user support for hardware and software technologies.
- Basic understanding of server and networking support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and connectivity issues.
- Ability to effectively manage hardware stock and asset tracking.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with software packaging processes.
- Experience with SD-WAN and connectivity services.
- Knowledge of password management systems like BitLocker.
Other Details:
This position requires a commitment to onsite support for two days each week at the listed location. The role is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency of IT services and contributes to global support initiatives.
