About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and technically minded Sales Professionals with experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) to join a respected and long-established provider of custom-engineered HVAC solutions.
Whether you’re an experienced Sales Representative, Account Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its quality, customer focus, and innovative air-handling systems across Western Canada.
You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, supporting customers, and promoting advanced HVAC/R products to mechanical contractors, consultants, and building owners throughout the Calgary region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and facility owners
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within your territory
- Promote and sell custom HVAC/R equipment and engineered systems
- Provide technical support, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and production teams
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Sales experience within the HVAC/R, ventilation, or mechanical systems sector
- Strong technical knowledge of air handling, cooling, or refrigeration systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Ideally based within commutable distance of Calgary
