Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Technicien Système Automatisé passionné de technologie, autonome et prêt à intervenir directement chez nos clients pour installer, réparer et optimiser des équipements électroniques et mécaniques.
Ce que vous ferez
- Intervenir sur la route pour répondre aux appels de service
- Effectuer diagnostics, réparations, calibrations et tests fonctionnels
- Offrir du soutien technique à distance (courriel et téléphone)
- Assister les clients dans l’utilisation de leurs systèmes
- Participer aux tours de garde 24 h (selon horaire)
- Réaliser occasionnellement des déplacements en région
Profil recherché
- DEC en électronique, électricité ou domaine connexe
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience
- Autonomie, débrouillardise, très bonne dextérité manuelle
- Sens du service client, esprit d’analyse, capacité à apprendre
- Bilinguisme français/anglais
Atouts techniques recherchés
- Réseaux câblés/sans fil, TCP/IP , UDP
- Informatique : Windows, Windows Server, Hyper-V, serveurs redondants
- Instrumentation (multimètre, oscilloscope, etc.)
- Périphériques de point de vente et systèmes de paiement
- Logiciels de contrôle à distance (Teamviewer, LogMeIn, VNC)
- Lecture de plans mécaniques/électriques/électroniques
- SQL, scripts (un atout)
- Contrôle de circulation, détection IMSA (un atout)
- AutoCAD (un atout)
