In this vital role, you will partner with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business and technical requirements, lead requirement validation, and facilitate seamless communication between business and IT teams. Your expertise will guide the development, testing, and implementation of solutions that optimize processes and enable strategic growth. You'll be instrumental in managing projects using JIRA, Scrum, and Agile practices, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Bring your strong communication skills, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, and knowledge of supply chain processes to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into detailed IT and business requirements (JIRA stories), following Agile best practices Create comprehensive product and system documentation; become the subject matter expert on business and technical processes and applications Lead requirement gathering sessions, validate technical fixes, enhancements, and new system implementations Develop and maintain project timelines, updating progress regularly and ensuring timely delivery Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals Communicate findings, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts Participate in integration testing of bug fixes and enhancements, documenting and sharing testing results while supporting demos and user acceptance testing

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst Proven experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Scrum processes Expertise in JIRA and Confluence for story development and documentation Strong ability to gather and translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements Proficiency in SQL queries and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or merchandising environments is highly advantageous Experience with automation projects (non-AI), routing optimization, and third-party application implementation Experience working with AS400 systems and code development At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis within supply chain or similar industries

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
