About the role
Complete Distribution Services Ltd. is an independently owned Canadian company providing multi-temperature distribution services throughout the Prairies and Northern Canada since 1985. We are currently seeking a full-time, onsite Accounting Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team in Prince Albert. Responsibilities- Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies- Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing- Support payroll entry, order processing, and month-end activities- Maintain organized financial and office filing systems- Provide support to customers, vendors, and delivery personnel- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as required Qualifications- 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience- Experience with accounting and payroll software- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and within a team We offer a supportive team environment and long-term career opportunity with a well-established Canadian company.
