Job Overview:
Are you ready to make an impact by shaping how SAP drives business success? We’re looking for an SAP IT Business Analyst with expertise in the Purchasing and Quality Management modules who can bridge business needs with smart, practical solutions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions that improve efficiency and add measurable value. You’ll be hands-on in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Purchasing (P2P) and Quality Management (QM) processes, ensuring seamless integration with broader ERP systems and business applications. While ABAP programming isn’t required, an understanding of its logic is a plus and will help you create clear functional specifications for development.
This is a highly visible role where your problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture will make a real difference. You’ll collaborate across teams, drive projects from requirements to go-live, and ensure that system improvements minimize disruption while maximizing business benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop ‘To-be’ process flows in SAP purchasing (P2P) and Quality management (QM) with boundary systems integration
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Execute data migration activities for purchasing objects, including data transformation, cleansing, load file preparation, and execution of data loads into SAP using standard tools (LSMW, Syniti)
- Configure SAP Purchasing and Quality management modules to meet business requirements and ensure optimal system performance
- Integrate SAP Purchasing and QM modules with other logistics modules such as SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency
- Validate technical solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to SAP Purchasing and Quality management and provide advanced troubleshooting support.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project solution delivery and ensure adherence to process governance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Purchasing and QM technology, including new hardware, software, and systems techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Consultant in MM (Purchasing/Procurement) and QM modules
- Strong knowledge of SAP P2P (Procure to Pay) and Quality processes
- Proven track record in manufacturing Industry
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage small projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager
- Proven ability to positively impact business results.
Core Competencies:
- Independently drive functional activities related to large ERP implementations
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of SAP Purchasing and Quality management (QM) application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope
- Lead end-to-end process for data mapping, transformation, and validation of purchasing and quality management data such source lists, info records, contracts, Inspection lots etc.
- Integrate SAP Purchasing and QM modules with other logistics modules such as SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP WM and SAP FICO to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Maintain the Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments, supporting reviews with the Change Audit Board (CAB), and following company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented SAP Purchasing and QM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Purchasing and QM solutions with business processes
Preferences:
- Masters Degree
- Experience in data analysis, data loads, and data validation in S/4 HANA implementation and migration experience
- Experience in leading functional activities related to large ERP implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Purchasing and QM business processes and modules.
- Broad understanding of the workings and requirements of multiple businesses within the organization
