About the role
4Sight Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Coffee Technician for a successful and growing specialty coffee retailer / distributor.
Our client offers industry specific training, a fun and progressive work culture, competitive wage structure based upon performance and a comprehensive benefit package for the right person. This is a great position for someone mechanically inclined with a love for and interest in coffee products.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is a possibility.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The higher end of the salary range is possible with specific industry experience.
Benefits: Available after 3 months.
Vacation: 2 weeks during the first year. 3 weeks after first year.
Responsibilities
Diagnostics and repair of home or commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinders. Adjust and replace ports and components of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to customer satisfaction. Completion of work order documents within company standards. Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
