We are hiring a Director of Emerging Markets and Strategy who will be responsible for managing client relationships and proactively building and seeking opportunities for our business. Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships and Business Performance, we are looking for a strong and experienced leader that is passionate about continuous improvement, business transformation, exceptional experience, delivery and customer relations. You are an incredible People Leader and motivator of teams, who wants to make a difference within the growing Healthcare Industry.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position, based out of our Markham office with travel required, as needed.

What you will deliver:
- A vision for Customer Service delivery that sets our business apart in the home health care industry
- Improve revenues by increasing business opportunities for ParaMed
- Manage projects and report on any Key Performance Indicators
- Analyze trends and recommend/implement actions to positively improve client experience, employee experience, and business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to continuously improve
- Strong project management skills
- Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and direct reports
- Identify and coordinate new business opportunities
What you bring:
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in management, ideally account and relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to proactively create new business relationships and opportunities
- Strong track record in leading development and integration of profitable business, customer experience and marketing strategies
- Strong client and employee focused approach to management
- Must have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of business development, service delivery, project management customer and employee experience, financial management and control, program development, implementation and evaluation, and human resources practices.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Strong entrepreneurial, continuous improvement and marketing skills with the ability to motivate and drive change
- Optimistic and passionate leadership style.
