Job Description:

  • The Bilingual Workload Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating emergency and operational calls, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication across teams, stakeholders, and customers. This role requires exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently dispatch and prioritize emergency and operational calls.
  • Coordinate, assign, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, departments, and external clients to support smooth operations.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, call logs, and operational records.
  • Support and guide work teams, offering direction and oversight as needed.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Exercise sound judgment and autonomy in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

Education & Language Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory.
  • Proficient English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) are required due to regular interaction with non‑French-speaking colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Solid knowledge of commonly used IT software and digital tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with effective priority management.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
  • High level of autonomy with strong decision‑making abilities.
  • Strong time-management and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience supervising or supporting work teams.
  • Availability and reliability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Previous dispatching experience.
