Department: Legal
Location: Remote based role for the time being, may change after the pandemic
Main Duties
Assist the firm with sending and issuing bills/invoices accurately and ensure VAT is correctly applied Handling communications with clients via telephone and/or email Maintain a record of the invoices Chase late payments by contacting clients Keeping an accurate and current record of the billings/invoices. Ensuring the firm works along the SRA accounts rules Review client accounts and investigate any issues Keeping on top of any changes to VAT rules
Key Skills And Experience
Experience in account management is desirable but not essential Experience in working in fast-paced modern work environment Attention to detail and numeracy Excellent organisational and communication skills
