Job Description:
Do you want to play a strategic role in planning and managing operations for a growing company? This position allows you to develop and lead the delivery, production, and purchasing plan to ensure efficient deliveries across all markets. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, optimizing the ERP system, coordinating the planning team, and ensuring resource availability for our subsidiaries. Your projects will lead you to:

Develop procurement plans to support growth, product launches, and shipments to different markets.

Produce annual forecasts for systems and revenue.
-
Organize the weekly launch of manufacturing orders.
-
Manage orders by ensuring financial targets are met and keeping various departments informed.
-
Oversee the shipment of materials to subsidiaries and efficiently manage requests and stock returns.
-
Lead the project office dedicated to planning.
-
Supervise and coordinate the planning team.
-
Lead training and human resources development initiatives and ensure the advancement of employee skills.
-
Actively contribute to the successful launch of new products.
-
Promote continuous improvement by working with various operational teams to achieve set objectives.
You’re the ideal candidate if you:
-
Hold a university degree in Administration (Operations Management) or Industrial Engineering, or relevant training.
-
Bring experience in factory planning (required).
-
Contribute with experience in project or team management (a significant asset).
-
Have between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience.
-
Are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, as much of the communication is in English with our subsidiaries and international clients. You will frequently participate in meetings with English-speaking partners.

Master ERP software and Excel.

Use Power BI (an asset).

Manage priorities effectively.

Demonstrate attention to detail.

Collaborate with a strong team spirit.
