The Vehicle Lot and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supporting our operational processes, team coordination, and leadership initiatives. Mentors and develops team members and drives a positive team spirit, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

What You Will Do:

  • Support the execution of exceptional customer experiences by being hands-on and ready to jump in alongside the team, whether it's washing cars or delivering vehicles.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, creating strong morale and spirit throughout your location.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of a team of specialists, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
  • Generate and monitor regular reports to track key metrics, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset, and present findings to upper management.
  • Drive production and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced customer service environment, ensuring every detail of the market operates smoothly.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve the overall team experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety practices, creating a secure and healthy work environment for all team members and customers.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years in an operational capacity, preferably within the automotive industry with extensive exposure to vehicles.
  • Supervisory experience desired, preferably for groups of 3+ employees.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and standard shifts.
  • Excellent technical and computer skills, including G-Suite, CRM, etc.
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to integrate with teams, engender trust, and leverage relationships to garner results.
  • Comfortable addressing performance issues and working closely with the People & Culture team on all employee-related issues.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data, summarize key points, and make value-add recommendations backed by said data.
  • Ability to professionally address customer escalations resulting in good business outcomes.
  • Both give and welcome honest feedback to ensure a continuous improvement environment.
  • Self-starter, adaptable to change, with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

  • When not outdoors, generally, a normal office work environment.
  • May lift 20+ lbs, work in awkward positions, and be exposed to loud noises, contaminants, and moving parts.
  • Exposure to all weather elements and harsh temperatures. May require snow clearing.
  • Occasional travel required.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
