We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-orientedBilingual Accounts Receivable Agentto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong ability to manage customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

**Position Snapshot:**Bilingual Accounts Receivable Agent (Remote)

**Job Type:**Full Time, Permanent

**Work Schedule:**There are openings in multiple shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm; 9:00am-5:00pm; or 12:00pm-8:00pm - all postings are EST with working days of Monday - Friday, averaging 40 hours/week

**Start Date:**Immediately, pending candidate availability

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts, with a focus on aged accounts
• Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls related to payments, balances, and account inquiries
• Record customer payments and transactions accurately
• Create and send invoices according to company practices and follow up when required
• Investigate overdue accounts to determine reasons for non-payment and work with customers to resolve issues
• Maintain and update customer files as needed
• Document all communication, notes, and payment arrangements clearly in internal systems
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
• Ensure a productive and organized remote work environment while meeting deadlines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Must be bilingual in both French and English written and oral communications
