We’re seeking a enthusiastic and motivated Assistant to the Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative career while gaining exposure to various aspects of the business such as legal, sales and marketing, and construction. The Executive Assistant works on multiple tasks with the CEO and requires and assistant to take on junior tasks.

Purpose of Position:

The successful candidate will provide direct support to the CEO’s Executive Assistant by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. No two days will be the same, but exceptional customer service will always be at the core of this role. In addition, responsibilities include managing the company’s Meta social media pages and any required projects.

Responsibilities of Assistant to the Executive Assistant:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Assistant: Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, assisting with daily tasks as needed.

  • Cross-Departmental Exposure: Communicate with co-workers in all departments to and gather information as required**.**

  • Problem Solving: Help resolve internal and external issues by gathering information, finding answers, and assisting in troubleshooting.

  • Research: Gather quotes, compare services, market analysis, and assist in gathering information for decision-making processes.

  • Task Ownership: Take direction and carry tasks to completion with attention to detail, following through until the job is done.

  • Social Media: Post regularly to all active Meta social pages with the intent to boost awareness for the company and its projects.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide general administrative support for miscellaneous tasks, assisting wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience in administrative support, looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently, be a self starter, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Eager to learn and grow in an administrative career.
    • A positive attitude and willingness to take on any challenge.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
    • Ability to take detailed direction while also being able to anticipate needs and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
