About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a comparable role is required. Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (using BPMN, UML), and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio is essential. A strong understanding of IT systems, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies is necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences, are critical. An analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are also important for success in this position.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
• Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.
